No heating or hot water can be urgent, particularly in cold weather or where vulnerable people are affected. Do not remove a boiler case or attempt internal repairs.

Safe checks before you call
- Check your boiler display for a fault code and make a note of it.
- Check that the electricity supply and heating controls are on.
